So that's exactly what we did - we changed - not the way we worked or
our standards, but the size of the operation. We closed our showroom,
downsized the shop, cut the overhead and the headaches! And we just focused
on what we love to do, Designing & Building Kitchens & Bathrooms,
and spending all that extra time with clients. The end results are, our
clients are happier, we're happier, and our work speaks for itself. The reason all this works so well is that we haven't compromised our
quality or our service at all. Just created cost savings which we pass
on to the client. If anything our service and quality have risen from
all this, because we can now afford to focus our time with the client
on all those little details, and there is no pressure to sign more deals
just to feed the machine. We think there are enough showrooms and magazines out there for you to
get your ideas & inspirations from, so we encourage you to visit them
and get quotes and information because an educated client is our best
customer. Furthermore, most of them don't take on the entire renovation
project because it becomes too daunting for them with all that overhead
they have! Now, without the crippling overhead, we're free to concentrate our resources
on a few jobs at a time. For us and our clients it seems that this is
the way it should be done - everyone benefits! Our showrooms are our completed projects and all the satisfied clients.
