Planning your Project

• Visit some Showrooms, get a feeling for costs. Put together pictures from magazines, notes and articles on styles and projects that interest you and your tastes. Also make a wish list.

• Call a family meeting and get everyone's input and their wish lists. You don't want to leave any one out of the design and brain-storming session.

• Decide on a budget, including appliances if they are to be changed. Without one, the remodeling process will be difficult.

• We will come to your home, take measurements, show you some samples and gather design information. (Have your scrapbook of design information ready!)

• We will create a design, and draft elevations and a floor plan via our computer program.

• Kitchens & Bathrooms By Design will provide you complete specifications and a price.

• Together, we decide on a meeting date to discuss the design and any modifications you would like to make.

• All decisions will be made and products approved by you, before we start work.

Starting the Project

• We will schedule a start date based on our production schedule on the day you commit to us. A 10% deposit is due at this time to secure your project's start date.

• We will work on your project till its completion on a daily basis.

• The time frame for most kitchens is between 6-8 weeks. The time frame for bathrooms is 2-4 weeks depending on the type of cabinets involved.
